My sister recently bought the Neutrogena one which she hasn’t used yet and I was thinking of trying it myself. Here’s the ‘problem’ : I don’t have any active acne right now. I hardly get any breakouts… maybe once or twice a month. But I have a few minor acne scars, maybe one or two ice pick indentations… they’re hardly noticeable anyway. Also, I want to have a more even skin tone and pores to decrease a bit in size… Are these products gimmicks? Or can I expect serious results? I can’t really visit a spa anytime soon…
Sounds like this would work for you, follow the directions well because it can be irritating if you over use it. I really love my neutrogena ;)

Yes, most of the at home microderma kits do work at diminishing acne scars, acne, age spots and stretch marks, but please remember that none if these kits can ever be as effective as the real professional procedure.
The most effective kits on acne scars come from Dermanew and Susan Lucci. These kits contain a special device that helps resurface the skin better then your fingers can… The micro crystal cream is also efficient.
    Hope this helps.
